3. SMS / Text Messaging Program & Opt-In Details

Program Description. If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through a web form (such as our Contact Us, Free Quote, or EPC Partner Inquiry forms) by checking the SMS-consent checkbox, or by giving verbal consent during a call with our team, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Velocity Energy and Home Solutions regarding your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, and customer support. Message content is limited to the services you've requested or engaged with us about.

Opt-In Method. The SMS-consent checkbox on our forms is optional and unchecked by default — you may submit any form on our site whether or not you check this box, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message Frequency. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

How to Opt Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply "STOP," we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-subscribe, sign up again as you did the first time, or text START.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, Google Fi, and other major U.S. wireless carriers.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and browsing behavior on our site. We currently use:

• Microsoft Clarity — website analytics and heatmap/session tracking.
• Google Ads (gtag.js) — conversion tracking and advertising analytics.
• Meta Pixel — advertising analytics and conversion tracking for Facebook/Instagram ads.
• WhatConverts — call tracking and lead-source attribution.

• Opt out of marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails, or by contacting us directly.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
